Zhengde high-strength polymer mortar (polymer-modified cement mortar) comes in four types: single-component grade one, single-component grade two, two-component and epoxy-based.
The single-component product is composed of high-strength cement, special aggregates, modified high-molecular polymers and other additives. It is convenient to use. On site, it only needs to be mixed with water in proportion and then applied.
2. The liquid material of the two-component product is composed of modified high-molecular emulsion and additives, while the powder material is made up of high-performance cement, special aggregates and additives. It can be used after being mixed evenly on site in proportion. The two-component product has more excellent strength and bonding performance. For the reinforcement of important structures, it is recommended to use the two-component product.
3. Epoxy-based polymer mortar, also known as water-based epoxy mortar, is composed of water-based epoxy emulsion, water-based curing agent and special powder. The product has more excellent compressive, flexural and bonding performance, and is the best choice for engineering reinforcement and force recovery reinforcement of important structural parts.
