UHPC ultra-high performance concrete is a special engineering material with ultra-high strength, toughness and durability. It has a promising application prospect in defense engineering, Marine engineering, nuclear industry, special security and protection engineering, as well as municipal engineering fields. Tests have proved that its flexural strength is three times that of ordinary C50 concrete, with a 50% reduction in shrinkage. It remains intact after 700 freeze-thaw cycles.

UHPC is now used as the outer protective layer of steel structures in offshore oil platforms, which can significantly increase the service life of the pillars in the water level fluctuation zone.
