I. Product Introduction

Zhengde low-viscosity grouting adhesive (concrete crack repair adhesive) is A two-component modified epoxy-based low-viscosity liquid adhesive. It is widely used in the grouting and repair of cracks in concrete Bridges, houses, water conservancy, roads and other projects, as well as in the reinforcement and grouting repair of internal honeycomb and loose defects in concrete, fiberglass reinforced plastic anti-corrosion and structural surface coating anti-corrosion construction.

Ii. Product Features

It has very low viscosity and strong penetration, and can be injected into micro-cracks 0.05mm wide.

2. Good anti-aging and resistance to media (acids, alkalis, water) performance;

3. It contains no volatile solvents and has almost no shrinkage during the curing process.

4. It has high bonding strength and excellent toughness and impact resistance after curing.

Iii. Scope of Application

1. Grouting repair for concrete cracks (0.1-1.5mm) and internal defects (honeycomb, holes);

2. Construction of anchor bolts, secondary grouting of equipment base plates, and epoxy resin self-leveling floor;

3. The available glue injection tools (glue injectors, bases, plugs) can be used to complete the construction work reasonably and effectively.
