Recommended dosage
The recommended dosage of water reducing agent for concrete is 0.1% to 0.25% of the cement usage.
The water reducing agent is a powder with polycarboxylate as the main component, with a solid content of about 98%. The normal dosage is 0.12% - 0.3%. When the dosage is only 0.06%, it has a water reduction rate of 12% and a strength increase of 23%, which has exceeded the effect of the common pumping agent available on the market. When the dosage is 0.1%, the performance exceeds that of common naphthalene-based and pyrimethane-based water reducers. However, when the dosage is lower than 0.14%, the superiority of the working performance is not obvious. When the dosage reaches more than 0.20%, the working performance and pumping performance of the concrete are improved to a very excellent level. Therefore, the recommended dosage is 0.12-0.24%; When preparing high-grade and large-dose fly ash/slag micro-powder concrete and concrete with special requirements, the dosage can be increased to more than 0.3%, with the actual test ratio as the standard.
Usage method
According to the design requirements of concrete, the water usage or sand ratio is adjusted through experiments to achieve the dosage of water-reducing agent that meets the requirements for slump, strength and setting conditions.

When used for concrete higher than C50, raw materials should also be selected in accordance with relevant technical specifications, appropriate mixing processes should be determined, and a certain amount of experimental data should be obtained. 3. This product can be added to concrete simultaneously with the mixing water. The effect is even better when mixed with water and added to concrete.
4. The application of other cement mortar and gypsum-based products should be based on the actual test ratio. Due to the differences in raw materials, the dosage and ratio must be determined through tests.
Safety and precautions
This product is non-corrosive and does not pollute the environment. However, it is not edible. If it comes into contact with the human body or eyes, it should be rinsed with clean water as soon as possible. If it causes allergic reactions in some people, medical treatment should be sought promptly.
2. This product should be stored in cardboard drums lined with plastic bags to prevent rain, water and the mixture of foreign objects.
The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
