Product Introduction

Zhengde cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof coating is a gray powder material made by blending ordinary Portland cement with active chemical components. Under the action of water, the active chemical substances contained in the cement-based penetrating crystalline series of waterproof coatings, with water as the carrier, penetrate into the interior of the structural pores, react to form insoluble crystals such as calcium vanadium stone, and promote the hydration of cement. A large number of cement hydration crystals are formed to fill and seal the pores, blocking the seepage channels and achieving the purpose of waterproofing. Moreover, in a long-term or intermittent water environment, hydration crystals can be generated multiple times to repair the seepage channels again, thus having an automatic repair function.

Scope of application

Cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproof coating can be widely used in waterproofing construction of tunnels, DAMS, reservoirs, power stations, nuclear power stations, cooling towers, subways, underground continuous walls, airport runways, wastewater treatment pools, water storage tanks, basements, roofs, bathrooms and toilets of industrial and civil buildings, as well as for the repair and leakage plugging of all concrete structure defects in concrete building facilities.

Packaging and storage

This product is packaged in double-layer waterproof and moisture-proof woven bags or drums, with specifications of 25KG per bag or 50KG per bag.

2. Unopened materials should be stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 6 months.
