Product Introduction

Zhengde accelerator is an admixture that can be added to concrete to make it set and harden rapidly. It is divided into two forms: powdered solid and fluid liquid. Its dosage only accounts for 2% to 3% of the cement content in concrete, yet it can make the concrete initially set within 5 minutes and finally set within 10 minutes. To achieve the purpose of emergency repair or rapid setting of concrete in shafts and tunnels. It is an indispensable additive in the construction method of shotcrete. Their function is to accelerate the hydration and hardening of cement, and form sufficient strength in a very short time to ensure the requirements of special construction.

Product Features

1. Setting time: Initial setting takes 1 to 5 minutes, final setting takes 5 to 10 minutes. The appropriate dosage is 3 to 5% of the amount of cementitious material used.

2. Alkali metal content <1%, harmless, odorless and non-irritating;

3. Fineness: 80μm pore sieve, residue on the sieve is less than 10%;

4. The early strength of shotcrete is high, and the retention rate of its compressive strength at 28 days of age reaches 80% to 100%.

5. The spray material has good cohesion, no corrosive effect on steel bars, improves the impermeability grade, sets quickly, and the thickness of a single spray layer can reach 130mm for arches and over 200mm for walls.

Scope of application

It is applicable to the shotjet concrete construction of railway, highway, military industry, subway, urban, underground space buildings, various types of tunnels, mines, shafts and tunnels, slope protection and emergency reinforcement projects.

Packaging and storage

This product is packaged in double-layer waterproof and moisture-proof woven bags, with a specification of 40KG per bag.

This product should be stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place, and the storage period is 6 months.
