Zhengde Floor sanding treatment Agent is specially developed for the sanding phenomenon of existing concrete floors caused by poor construction and lack of wear resistance. Directly spray the concrete surface layer to achieve the effect of improving sanding and wear resistance. This product is easy to use and does not affect the original floor. It is a non-toxic, odorless, water-based and environmentally friendly material. By undergoing a chemical reaction through penetration with concrete, a dense three-dimensional network crystal is formed, significantly enhancing the strength of the concrete and achieving the effects of hardening and wear resistance.

Product Features

1. Improve wear resistance. The wear resistance of this product increases by 25- 30% after 60 minutes of treatment and by 116% after 7 days.

2. Increased strength and hardness: After 28 days, the compressive strength of the treated sample increased by more than 20% compared with the untreated sample.

3. Dust-proof. After being processed for 10 hours, the concrete samples will not produce dust.

4. Enhanced chemical resistance: After treatment, the chemical resistance and corrosion resistance of concrete are greatly improved.

5. Increase the coefficient of friction. After treatment, the coefficient of friction of the ground increased from 45 to 72.

Packaging and storage

This product is packaged in barrels. The specific specifications can be customized according to the customer's project situation.
