Zhengde high-strength wear-resistant material is a newly developed new type of material. It is a special dry-mixed wear-resistant material with a reasonable gradation, which is industrially produced and contains raw materials such as compound admixtures and high-molecular polymers. It features low wear loss, strong impact resistance, high compressive strength, convenient construction and easy repair.

High strength, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, oil-resistant, alkali-resistant, high-temperature resistant (below 500℃), strong adhesion, no delamination, free of substances harmful to the human body, good integrity, not easy to fall off, easy to repair, good flame retardancy, low water absorption rate, simple and fast construction, can be used by adding water on site, odorless.
Scope of application
1. Anti-wear inner lining layers for slag flushing ditches, ore troughs, material silos, etc. in metallurgical and mining systems;
2. Anti-wear inner lining layers for silos, hoppers, and silo walls in cement, chemical and other systems;
3. Anti-wear inner lining layers for coal unloading chutes, coal hoppers, material silos (including steel silos), ash silos, and under-screening funnels in coal systems, thermal power plants, and coking plants; Wear-resistant liners in medium tanks, scraper conveyors, bucket elevators, chutes, etc.
4. Concrete anti-wear layers with requirements for anti-erosion and anti-wear in water conservancy and hydropower, ports and docks, etc.
5. Anti-corrosion floors and pump foundations in the chemical industry, etc.
6. Blast furnace mixing silos, sintering silos, feeders, pelletizing machines, etc. in the steel industry.

Packaging and storage
This product is packaged in double-layer waterproof and moisture-proof woven bags, with specifications of 25KG per bag or 50KG per bag.
2. Unopened materials should be stored in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 6 months.
