I. Product Introduction
Zhengde modified epoxy mortar is a two-component (it can also be made into a three-component) solvent-free epoxy system. It is a new type of thin-layer repair material with high strength, impact and abrasion resistance, and strong adhesion, composed of saturated epoxy resin, curing agent and modified fillers. It is directly applied to concrete substrates and mainly used for filling small holes before subsequent coating and for filling irregular surfaces of concrete. The product has the functions of bonding and repair, as well as leak sealing, sealing and anti-corrosion. It has strong penetration (can penetrate the surface layer of concrete).
Ii. Product Features
1. Thixotropic performance: It has excellent thixotropic performance. In a static state, the material is in a gel state that is not easy to flow. Even if it is applied to the top or sides and other grooves or holes, the material will not deform or sag, which is conducive to the construction quality.
2. Bonding performance: It has excellent mechanical properties, bonds firmly with concrete, and is not prone to cracking at the bonding surface.
3. Good compatibility with concrete: Excellent anti-aging and anti-carbonization performance enables the coating to deform synchronously with the concrete at different temperatures, avoiding excessive interface stress caused by large differences in material expansion and contraction, which may lead to coating hollowing and cracking.
4. Excellent flexibility: It has a low elastic modulus and good flexibility, which can enhance the impact resistance of the cured system, resist deformation caused by external forces, and is less prone to brittle failure.

Repair of equipment foundations prone to chemical erosion;
